- Plan and control timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery objectives

- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned
- Collaborate with video and design teams to deliver high-quality social campaigns
- Partner with client leads and producers to improve project efficiency, speed, and budget use
- Develop and execute strategies for international rollouts and localization, elevating campaigns into impactful experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in an agency or production environment, including hands-on management of internal and external content productions with producers and external agencies
- Strong client-facing skills with confidence in client management
- Daily use of social media and a passion for creating relevant, platform-specific content
- Affinity with the entertainment industry
- Solid financial and analytical skills, able to manage budgets, scopes, and project metrics (a.k.a. head for numbers)
- Ability to prioritize work and handle a lot of moving parts
- Proficiency with multiple project management tools and methods
- Thrives in a high-paced, young, and international environment in combination with being used to more corporate structures on the client side
- Fluency in English (and Dutch is a plus)
