About the role

  • Plant Sales Project Manager managing Waterworks projects in New England. Overseeing project execution, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery for successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget
  • Recommend products and services that fit clients' business needs
  • Use takeoff software (Planswift) for project takeoffs as needed
  • Run execution of projects according to established plans
  • Establish sales relationships with major customers
  • Answer branch phone calls providing high customer service levels
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product delivery
  • Supervise project progress and performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management or Project Coordinator
  • 2+ years of Waterworks experience preferred
  • Familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
