Responsibilities

  • Support the Employee Experience and Events team with various projects
  • Create training resources for shipping system in Arlington Office
  • Review and adapt travel best practices for IJM staff
  • Assist with administrative coordination of Arlington Office Operations
  • Conduct vendor research
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Completed at least two years of relevant undergraduate study
  • Event management experience
  • Design skills a plus
