About the role
- Manage restoration projects and oversee teams at SERVPRO. Ensure customer satisfaction and project success in a Hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews.
- Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
- Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
- Set budget for a successful project.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors.
- Verify and order proper materials for jobs.
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Manage customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
- Attend weekly meetings to review job progress and success.
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification a preferred
