About the role

  • Project Coordinator overseeing home exterior renovations for Ideal Siding in Charleston. Managing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
  • Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, take progress photos, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the local representative for customer relations while the back office manages administration.

Requirements

  • Experience in home renovation or construction project management is a plus — but we’ll train the right candidate.
  • Must use your own vehicle and cover your own gas (mileage included in $30/hr rate).
  • Must use your own cell phone (software/app costs covered by the company).
  • Laptop helpful but not required.
  • Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not required.
  • Comfortable with flexible, variable hours (10–30 per week).
