About the role
- Manager of Mold Remediation overseeing specialty cleaning business with Paul Davis Restoration. Collaborating with teams to develop plans and ensure quality operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Working with our sales and marketing department, develop and execute a business plan designed to increase our volume of Mold, Fire/Smoke cleaning, and other specialty cleaning jobs
- Work with Industrial Hygienist and other experts in the field to represent Paul Davis Restoration as a leader in the Specialty cleaning field.
- Provide a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the emergency team for accomplishing financial and service goals.
- Represent the Paul Davis Mission, Vision and Values
- Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
- Builds, develops, and manages Emergency Services teams capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
- On Call Rotation – Required to provide on-call support and back-up support when assigned.
Requirements
- IICRC certification in ASD and AMRT or equivalent
- Management experience with strong leadership skills
- Financial experience with a keen understanding of profit and loss
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
