About the role

  • Directeur adjoint des escales au sein des activités de restauration commerciale et banqueting chez IGESA. Responsable de l'organisation, rentabilité et qualité des prestations dans l'activité de restauration.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility, in collaboration with the Head Chef, for all commercial catering and banqueting activities
  • Ensure the profitability of the operation
  • Responsible for maintaining a customer-oriented organization
  • Collaborate with Management and the Head Chef on the commercial offering
  • Lead and manage the service team and daily operations
  • Monitor capture/conversion rates by segment
  • Manage staffing levels and payroll costs
  • Oversee customer relations and team relations
  • Ensure compliance with current hygiene regulations and HACCP standards
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipment
  • Develop and deliver training for team members

  • Significant experience in banqueting
  • Strong rigor and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Familiarity with IT tools
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • BAC Pro (Professional Baccalaureate) in Restaurant Service
  • BAC Pro in Culinary Arts
  • BTS in Hospitality and Catering, specialization in Cuisine and Table Service
