Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed assigned annual sales targets
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
Cross-sell NEXT.io’s portfolio of solutions (events, digital sponsorships, media, content platforms)
Represent NEXT.io at industry events, including international conferences and networking events
Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and a first-class customer journey
Understand client needs and align NEXT.io’s offerings to create tailored, value-driven solutions
Work closely with internal teams (events, marketing, partnerships, content) to ensure client commitments are delivered seamlessly
Share client and market insights to help improve commercial strategy and product offerings
Use HubSpot (CRM) to manage leads, pipeline, and sales forecasting
Provide accurate and timely reporting on KPIs, pipeline, and performance
Maintain up-to-date account records and ensure all client activity is captured
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within iGaming, media, events, or B2B services
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Willingness to travel internationally as required
