About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring leaders
  • Recruit for both IT/tech and business roles

Requirements

  • A university degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within IT/tech and business roles
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to optimize recruitment processes
  • Interest in and experience with HR systems and recruitment technologies
  • Fluency in either Finnish or Swedish, as well as English, both written and verbal.
