About the role

  • Internal Communication Specialist at IDG enhancing employee engagement through effective communication strategies. Focused on innovation, methodology, and emotional connection.

Responsibilities

  • Define the formats, language and frequency most appropriate for communication, taking into account the multiple regions, employee profiles (administrative, technical, operational, cultural/educational) and available resources.
  • Continuously assess existing communication channels and flows, proposing and implementing an Internal Communication strategy aligned with IDG’s strategic objectives and the culture developed by the HR team.
  • Develop and implement the Annual Strategic Communication and Internal Marketing Plan, defining channels, tones and a campaign schedule aimed at engagement and cultural alignment of employees across all IDG projects.
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives, strengthening the employer brand and sense of belonging.
  • Ensure coherence, clarity and consistency of institutional messages, values and narratives, as well as ensure that channels and communication media are accessible, relevant and promote active listening from employees.
  • Create and edit high-impact content (copy, videos, presentations, newsletters, announcements, etc.) for the various internal communication channels.
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate the organization’s culture, climate and institutional identity.
  • Establish and monitor Internal Communication performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, information retention and feedback, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Develop and implement communication plans for moments of organizational change, ensuring transparency and alignment of messages.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IDG’s intranet.
  • Act as a bridge between facilities, ensuring day-to-day communication flows smoothly and that the needs of each project are taken into account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields;
  • Specialization/Postgraduate degree in Internal Communication, Internal Marketing (Endomarketing) or related areas;
  • Experience in internal communication and internal marketing (endomarketing);
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and strategic writing skills adapted to different audiences;
  • Proficiency with internal communication tools (intranet, newsletters, e-mail marketing, etc.);
  • Organizational skills, autonomy and strategic vision for medium- and long-term planning;
  • Communicative, proactive and creative attitude;
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
