About the role

  • Digital Communication Analyst at Grupo RBS planning and executing digital strategies for news brands. Integrating with the communication team to strengthen digital presence and optimize paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the digital strategy for news brands, focusing on positioning and reach;
  • Structure and monitor paid media campaigns (traffic, boosted posts and performance);
  • Manage and optimize investments in digital campaigns;
  • Monitor metrics, trends and opportunities to strengthen the brands' digital presence;
  • Work collaboratively with the communications and branding team;
  • Support the definition of digital narratives and communication guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related Communications field;
  • Previous experience in digital strategy, paid media and performance campaigns;
  • Knowledge of traffic management tools and social media metrics (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube);
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into strategic recommendations;
  • Organized and autonomous, with the ability to manage schedules and track results;
  • Strategic understanding of digital communication and an interest in media and current affairs;
  • Experience with institutional brands or news organizations is desirable.
