About the role

  • Client Solutions Manager managing technical and commercial processes for public security in the Middle East. Collaborating with large teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary solution and technical lead supporting Sales from opportunity identification through contract award
  • Engage directly with customers and authorities to analyse needs, shape solution strategies, and influence requirements ahead of tender release
  • Lead and coordinate complex bid processes, mobilising large cross functional teams across Sales, Product, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and partners
  • Own solution coherence, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, architecture, pricing, risk, and delivery feasibility
  • Develop and support pricing strategies and financial models, working closely with Finance to ensure margin, cashflow, and commercial viability
  • Prepare, consolidate, and review proposal materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and competitiveness
  • Organise and lead customer workshops, presentations, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and benchmark tests
  • Act as a technical and solution subject matter expert for customers and partners throughout the presales and bid lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to bid governance processes and secure required internal approvals
  • Handover awarded projects to Program Delivery teams and transition to the next opportunity

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in presales, solution management, bid management, or consulting roles
  • Proven experience leading complex bid processes and coordinating multi stakeholder proposal teams
  • Strong background in system integration, solution scoping, and high level solution architecture
  • Experience in public security, airport and border control, biometrics, travel, or transport domains
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, including margin, cashflow, pricing logic, and trade offs
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capability is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pressure, tight timelines, and competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
