Responsibilities
Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers across Brazil
Achieve sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts and continuously developing new opportunities
Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for Brazil
Participate in organizing M&A Community events to increase Ideals' visibility
Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
Structure, negotiate, and close deals
Regularly share insights and provide updates to customers
Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue
Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales (end-to-end: origination to closing) within the B2B or professional services sector
Experience in high-velocity sales environments
Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing deals
Exceptional business communication skills to craft persuasive pitches and conduct effective discovery with clients
Fluency in English (minimum B2) and native-level Portuguese
Nice to have: background in SaaS, Financial services, or Fintech
