About the role

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers across Brazil
  • Achieve sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts and continuously developing new opportunities
  • Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for Brazil
  • Participate in organizing M&A Community events to increase Ideals' visibility
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
  • Structure, negotiate, and close deals
  • Regularly share insights and provide updates to customers
  • Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales (end-to-end: origination to closing) within the B2B or professional services sector
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments
  • Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing deals
  • Exceptional business communication skills to craft persuasive pitches and conduct effective discovery with clients
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2) and native-level Portuguese
  • Nice to have: background in SaaS, Financial services, or Fintech
