Business Development Manager acquiring new customers for Ideals' VDR in Brazil with strong focus on relationship building and sales strategy execution.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Brazil
Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Brazil and constantly developing new opportunities
Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for Brazil
Take part in arranging M&A Community events enhancing Ideals visibility
Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
Structure, negotiate, and close deals
Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company's revenue
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in a full 360 closing role, within B2B or professional services sector
Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to effectively engage with decision-makers
A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
Nice to have: SaaS, Financial or Fintech industries background
