Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of technical solutions for high profile clients.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to deliver services on schedule and within scope.
Serve as the primary liaison in collaboration with Client Solutions Lead between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Lead or support site visits for project scoping, commissioning, and solution deployment.
Support technical solution design, smartcard deployment, and encryption key management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards throughout all phases of delivery.
Oversee data processing, quality control, and reporting related to client smartcard and identity management systems.
Develop project documentation, including technical proposals, solution design artifacts, and performance reports.
Contribute to the refinement and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and methodologies.
Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Support with other company or group company activities as required.
Requirements
Proven experience managing technical access control implementation projects.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Technical literacy and be able to credibly communicate complex topics with dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with Waterfall & Agile project management methodologies.
Eligible for UK Security Vetting (minimum SC level); must have been a UK resident for the past 5 years.
Desirable Skills: Certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or APMG/PMI-ACP.
Experience delivering complex IT projects.
Exposure to secure environments within government or CNI sectors.
