Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.
Lead on local flood investigations and coordinate responses.
Manage partnership funding projects from design through to delivery.
Champion Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Nature based Solutions (NbS)
Support innovative flood resilience projects and multi-benefit schemes.
Prepare quotes and award work based on the competitive quote process, taking ownership of the procurement related regulation
Regularly visit site and projects to understand potential risks and issues
Requirements
Proven experience in an operational or service-focused environment, or a relevant qualification (HNC/Degree in science, engineering, or related discipline).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong project management and planning abilities.
Knowledge of flood risk management legislation and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)
Full UK driving licence, willingness to travel across the region and work flexibly.
Comfortable representing Anglian Water in public forums
Able to take initiative and manage expectations of local partners while we look to resolve local flooding issues in partnerships
Experience of working in partnership with external stakeholders
