About the role

  • Join ICF as a Payroll Analyst handling payroll functions and tax reporting. Collaborate with various departments maintaining payroll accuracy in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with financial accounting, human resource, and accounts payable departments
  • Prepare and process accurate and timely payroll
  • Work with multiple tax jurisdictions and maintain a relationship with ADP’s Tax Coordination team
  • Research and resolve escalated payroll issues

Requirements

  • 5 + years of payroll experience
  • 2+ years of Workday experience a plus
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus
