About the role

  • Project Manager / Estimator managing commercial construction projects across Dallas–Fort Worth. Responsible for estimating, coordinating, and overseeing project execution and closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for commercial construction projects
  • Manage projects from bid award through final closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and material procurement
  • Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
  • Oversee jobsite activity to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
  • Communicate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
  • Identify potential risks and cost impacts early and recommend solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial construction project management and estimating
  • Strong understanding of concrete, structural framing, metal buildings, and tenant improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid organizational, scheduling, and cost-control skills
  • Professional, client-facing communication abilities
