- We use propriety algorithms and remote sensor technologies to identify high quality projects and forecast the natural capital returns.
- We then package those projects into investment products for financial institutions and corporations to invest in.
- The investment finances sustainable activities that restore and protect nature, such as regenerative grazing or forest management.
- Cash flows from the natural capital flows (e.g.
carbon or water offsets) are generated by these activities, providing reliable long term income to the project and financial returns to the investors.
