Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of workshops, virtual meetings, and networking events
Assist with venue research and bookings, and coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., catering, audiovisual equipment)
Provide online support for participants, speakers, and trainers
Help track and manage event expenses, assist with participant invoicing and payment follow-ups, and maintain accurate records and databases
Assist in preparing promotional content for social media and newsletters
Support feedback collection, analyze event outcomes, and contribute to event reporting
Provide general administrative support and assist with additional projects as needed
Requirements
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
Valid right to work in Germany
Fluent in English (written and spoken); basic German or additional languages are an advantage
Some practical experience in event planning or customer service
Reliable and customer-service oriented
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of MS Office
