About the role

  • Tradeshow Event Manager coordinating regional customer meetings and industry tradeshows for Prollenium Medical Technologies. Ensuring all events meet business needs while managing logistics and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics of all external meetings and tradeshows
  • Generate timely communications for tradeshow staff and stakeholders
  • Maintain tracking system for trade shows
  • Facilitate contracts against allocated budgets
  • Execute and manage marketing tasks related to events
  • Work directly with sales reps on selecting special event venues
  • Perform post-event spend and overall ROI measurement
  • Address all aspects of budget and billing for meetings & tradeshows
  • Assist with forecasting and annual budget planning
  • Evaluate show performance
  • Support or project manage other event marketing projects

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ event experience
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of tradeshow experience
  • Experience in aesthetics, medical device/technologies preferred
  • Experience with event management platforms and CRM is preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
