Responsibilities
Analyze and document partner/user needs, supporting them throughout the delivery process to ensure service quality
Conduct comprehensive, data-driven analyses and make pragmatic recommendations aligned with established standards and guidelines
Review data and reports to identify trends, gaps, and root causes, actively contributing to operational problem-solving by proposing improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in team activities, including preparing ceremonies and defining deliverables
Ensure deliverables are completed with rigor and teamwork, promoting continuous improvement of processes and practices
Requirements
Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (IT focus), or any related field
Must complete a university-accredited internship during summer 2026
Is recognized for curiosity, autonomy, analytical thinking, rigor, and continuous learning ability
Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills with internal partners/users
Stands out for analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Understands Lean/Agile principles and can apply them in a team context
