About the role

  • Intern supporting the strategic use of automation and process optimization at iA Financial Group. Analyzing workflows and contributing to decision-level reflections in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and mapping selected cross-functional administrative processes, focusing on workflows and tasks;
  • Identifying low value-added tasks, friction points, and critical dependencies;
  • Exploring various automation support scenarios, including the use of artificial intelligence agents or assistants, more traditional automation approaches, as well as process or organizational adjustments;
  • Highlighting potential gains, limitations, and associated risks, whether human, operational, or ethical;
  • Contributing to decision-level reflections to help inform upcoming strategic choices.
