About the role

  • Regional Recruiting Analyst enhancing recruiting efforts across Canada at Manulife. Focused on identifying and attracting talented advisors from competing firms.

Responsibilities

  • prospecting & outreach - utilize LinkedIn and other tools to identify potential advisor recruits at competing firms
  • conduct initial outreach via phone calls and emails to establish connections and gather interest
  • clearly articulate the firm's value proposition to prospective advisors and engage prospects in meaningful discussions
  • work closely with the regional team to align recruiting efforts with regional growth objectives and share insights
  • build and maintain a robust pipeline of advisor prospects
  • track and report on recruitment activities and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • strong understanding of the financial advisory landscape and the role of advisors
  • bilingual in English and French for Quebec & Atlantic Canada positions
  • prior experience in recruiting, sales, or client relationship management within financial services is preferred
  • ability to engage with professionals and build meaningful relationships
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to present the firm’s value proposition compellingly
  • strong interpersonal skills with a talent for developing trust and rapport with potential recruits
  • goal-oriented with a focus of achieving recruitment or sales targets
  • ability to analyze market trends and identify potential recruitment opportunities
  • demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
