About the role
- SAP Expert leading S/4HANA transformation projects in Supply Chain management. Managing processes and stakeholder communication in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and support projects — in particular S/4HANA transformation projects in the procurement and supply chain domain
- Analyze, design and continuously optimize supply chain processes with a focus on procurement and logistics within the SAP environment
- Ensure high process quality and stability across the entire supply chain
- Hold operational and strategic responsibility for SAP MM, taking into account the system landscapes SAP ECC/R3 and S/4HANA
- Serve as the central point of contact for business units and IT on all SAP-related matters in the procurement and logistics area
- Act as the interface between business and IT, including actively managing collaboration
- Conduct structured elicitation, analysis and precise documentation of business requirements in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technically implementable SAP solutions
- Design, model, document and communicate business processes
- Plan, coordinate and manage the rollout of process and system changes
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management or process optimization — ideally in an international environment
- Solid project management skills and strong process and methodological expertise
- Very good SAP knowledge (especially SAP MM)
- Strong analytical skills and high data affinity
- Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management capabilities
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
