About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key channel performance indicators, ensuring continuous tracking of results;

- Perform ad hoc analyses to investigate performance deviations, identify improvement opportunities, and support the definition of corrective actions;
- Prepare presentations and executive materials with analyses and recommendations for leadership;
- Support the development of forecasts, tracking projected results and identifying potential variances;
- Contribute to the planning of targets and the operation's budget;
- Compile and consolidate results, ensuring consistency and reliability of the information used by the department.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis;
- Prior experience in Planning, Performance, Strategy, or analytical teams;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights;
- Good communication skills, able to translate analyses into clear business recommendations;
- Collaborative and relationship-oriented profile, with ease interacting with different stakeholders.
