- 4+ years of commercial full-stack development experience
- Strong frontend experience (React + TypeScript)
- Strong backend experience (Python — Django/FastAPI or similar)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
- Experience integrating third-party services/APIs
- Experience writing automated tests
- Experience working in production environments
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving team
- Experience working with LLM APIs or AI tools
- Exposure to AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
- Experience with cloud deployment or containerisation
- Modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, etc.)
- DevOps exposure
