About the role

  • Sales Account Manager for E-Learning and Awareness Solutions at HvS-Consulting GmbH, specializing in Cyber Security and Awareness products. Build partnerships and manage sales processes in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • You advise prospects and customers on our IS-FOX awareness portfolio.
  • You continuously grow business relationships as an equal-valued partner.
  • You take responsibility from the initial proposal through to successful delivery.
  • You support the planning and coordination of awareness campaigns.
  • You work hand-in-hand with multimedia designers and technical consultants.
  • You will be coached and supported by colleagues from Sales, Marketing and Consulting.

Requirements

  • Empathy: For you, sales means listening first and speaking second.
  • Experience: Ideally experience in selling IT solutions or e-learning and awareness products.
  • Enthusiasm: You always see the glass as half full.
  • Passion: For cyber security.
  • Persistence: Self-initiative and enjoyment in inspiring prospects and customers.
  • Professionalism: Independent organization, reliability and quality.
  • Tendering experience: Ideally familiarity with handling tenders / RFPs.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
