About the role

  • Coordenador de vendas at HupData, a startup focused on data-oriented decision making. Responsible for client prospecting and sales strategy development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active and passive prospecting for potential clients
  • Qualify leads using sales frameworks (SPIN Selling, Predictable Revenue, among others)
  • Identify customer trends and needs, plan performance strategies, and develop negotiations to present solutions that benefit the company
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals
  • Knowledge of Analytics, BI, and AI

Requirements

  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Experience selling off-the-shelf (non-customized) software
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Hunter sales profile (proactive in prospecting and closing new business)
  • Management experience
