  • Operations Customer Service Specialist supporting Huntington's settlement customers, handling complex issues, training staff, and maintaining procedures across various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for researching settlement transactions
  • Escalates complex customer issues as appropriate
  • Coordinates training of Operations Customer Service Specialists
  • Coordinates special projects as assigned
  • Updates and maintains department procedures
  • Research and reconcile settlement services general ledgers
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of financial operational experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience with settlement of monetary transactions
  • General ledger research experience
