Requirements
A valid Property and Casualty Insurance license, or will be required to obtain the license within 45 days of hire.
1+ year of work experience focused on Property & Casualty Insurance sales.
High School Diploma or GED.
Comfort level working with PCs and Microsoft Office programs, and flexibility to learn and adapt to new software applications.
Experience working with complex products/processes to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
The drive to achieve the best sales results and meet high volume deadlines in a call center environment.
