About the role
- Senior IT-Consultant fighting insurance fraud using RiskShield software while supporting clients and optimizing processes in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities

- entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen effektive Strategien zur Betrugsprävention
- Du führst Optimierungsworkshops und Regelabstimmungen durch
- Du identifizierst bekannte und neue Betrugsmuster
- implementierst Maßnahmen, um diese abzuwehren
Requirements
- 6–8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareberatung und -einführung
- idealerweise im Versicherungsumfeld und/oder in der Betrugsprävention
- Berufserfahrung aus vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten, z. B. als Fraud Operator, Fraud Prevention Manager, Fraud Consultant oder Fraud Analyst
- Erste Kenntnisse mit Datenbanken oder BI-Lösungen sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit und Begeisterung, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
