- Claims Adjuster investigating and managing large claims files in RPMX, a subsidiary of Revau. Focused on claims such as construction and professional liability with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Enquêter sur les dossiers de sinistre
- Superviser principalement les dossiers Service
- Mettre à jour les dossiers afin de prévenir toute insatisfaction
- Agir en tant que réviseur principal (suppléant) lors des absences ou congés de ses collègues
- Avoir une autorité de règlement et un contrôle total sur les dossiers
- Être le point de contact des courtiers, partenaires et assurés tout au long du processus
- Échanger régulièrement avec les collègues pour approfondir les connaissances
- Participer à des colloques liés à nos besoins
- Compléter les UFC obligatoires
Requirements
- Minimum de 10 années d’expérience en tant qu’expert(e) en sinistre
- Détenir un permis d’expert en sinistre entreprise
- Avoir travaillé avec les Lloyds (Requis)
- Être bilingue puisque la plupart des dossiers sont avec les Lloyds
- Connaitre les systèmes VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint et Guidewire (fort atout)
- Connaitre les contrats Lloyds (fort atout)
- Être structuré
- Être flexible et avoir une facilité à s’adapter aux changements
