Responsibilities
You report directly to the Executive Board and lead the managers and staff of the Health Insurance Applications/Contracts areas as well as the area-internal project management.
You shape a modern leadership culture, apply agile working methods purposefully and promote a culture of collaborative, respectful teamwork and continuous learning.
Together with your employees, you analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and quality.
You ensure that customer inquiries are processed quickly and accurately and work on measures to increase customer satisfaction.
You further develop the Health Insurance Applications/Contracts areas in coordination with the Executive Board.
You ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements and implement improvement measures where necessary.
You prepare regular reports and analyses for the Executive Board and other relevant stakeholders.
You maintain and expand internal and external networks to promote knowledge exchange and collaboration.
You identify conflicts at an early stage and develop solution strategies to ensure a harmonious working environment.
You promote an open feedback culture and are able to give and receive constructive feedback.
In your decisions you always consider the company’s overarching goals and strategies and work closely with other departments.
Requirements
Completed degree in Business, Health Management or a comparable qualification
Proven experience in leading managers and teams
Solid knowledge of private health insurance is desirable
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High social competence and empathy in dealing with employees, customers and sales/distribution partners
Ability to handle conflicts constructively and solution-oriented
Ability to build and expand internal and external networks
Ability to adopt a company-wide perspective and make decisions aligned with corporate objectives
Confident use of common Office applications
