About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
  • Sell life and health insurance products and services through various distribution channels
  • Lead clients and practitioners on sales and service development projects
  • Evaluate and act on business and partnership opportunities
  • Advise members, clients and stakeholders
  • Develop retention tactics and strategies
  • Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
