About the role

  • Business Banking Operations - Section Manager managing daily activities and ensuring production goals. Acts as subject matter expert, handling business loans in a centralized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily activities for a functional area
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for the team
  • Ensures Business Banking production of business loans with established Production, SLA & Quality goals
  • Prepares, maintains and/or monitors reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
  • Act as primary back up for their manager as needed for team huddles & meetings
  • Resolves the more complex working problems
  • Perform or review Quality Reviews for all colleagues on the team
  • Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make the area more efficient.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years’ experience with business or commercial lending in a centralized lending environment
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other internet resources
  • Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality.
