Manager of Market Operations overseeing interdisciplinary teams within a value-based care framework at ConcertoCare. Managing operations, personnel, and workflow for optimal patient care delivery with a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
Data-driven management of team to achieve market goals and targets for key performance indicators.
Day-to-day operational market support, including management of team/pod schedule availability.
Oversight of clinical and operational task completion and managing patient complaints and grievances.
Day-to-day clinical market support, including monitoring urgent situations and supporting the team.
Personnel management of Care Navigators, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Support the team through hands-on shadowing, collaboration, guidance, and task completion.
Partner with the Customer Success function to support ongoing customer needs and overall relationships.
Monitor operational workflows, ensuring adherence to procedures and identifying improvement opportunities.
Lead and champion implementation of new processes, programs, and pilots as a market super-user and trainer.
Develop and lead meetings required for management, training, education, and team building.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of team members.
Ensure team adherence to compliance policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
Requirements
Associate's or bachelor’s degree
2+ years of healthcare leadership and/or management experience
Average to advanced skills in data analytics, healthcare reporting, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel within assigned area and access to reliable transportation
Valid driver license and proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used.
Licensed for a minimum of 5 years
No vehicle-related suspensions/reinstatements, DUI, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, or felony convictions within the last 3 years.
Multiple violations and accidents within the last 5 years would be subject to review.
Education in public health, health, or business administration (preferred)
Leadership or management experience in ambulatory or community settings (preferred)
Certification/licensure and/or experience as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse (preferred)
Working knowledge of applicable regulations and state and federal laws (preferred).
