  • Director of Media Strategy and Planning at Glassroom, leading integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels. Overseeing team operations and driving measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy and Planning Omnichannel Architecture: Lead the development of sophisticated media blueprints that integrate Offline (Linear TV, Radio, Print, OOH) with Digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, OLV) to create a seamless consumer journey.
  • Market & Trend Synthesis: Act as the internal authority on the shifting media landscape—from the rise of CTV and retail media to the enduring impact of traditional "mass-reach" vehicles.
  • Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and advise clients on the necessary media strategies to achieve their business objectives while also playing a key role in project advancement.
  • Strategic Audience Intelligence: Go beyond demographics to analyze psychographics and media consumption habits, identifying high-value touchpoints across the physical and digital worlds.
  • Financial Stewardship: Own the integrity of multi-million dollar budgets, overseeing complex billing lifecycles, and ensuring total transparency in reporting and resource allocation.
  • Optimization Frameworks: Design advanced strategies for geographic saturation, frequency management, and cross-channel attribution to maximize the "halo effect" of integrated investment.
  • Process Innovation: Continuously refine internal workflows to elevate the team’s strategic output, ensuring we move from "executors" to "business partners."
  • Media Modernization: Monitor industry trends to stay up to date on new and emerging research and innovations. Keep the team up to date by analyzing and presenting emerging trends.
  • Team Supervision & Operational Excellence: Mentor and develop a team of strategists, fostering a "Glassroom Mindset" of curiosity and accountability. Manage the team’s total capacity and priority shifts, ensuring high-stakes deliverables are met with precision and composure.
  • Client Partnership & Executive Advisory: Act as the primary consultant for senior clients, becoming a trusted advisor, translating complex media data into business-critical insights and long-term growth roadmaps. Be the guardian of their investment. Build relationships with our media partners.
  • Cross Office Collaboration: Work together with leadership across all Glassroom offices to ensure clear communication and alignment are always present.

Requirements

  • Expérience : 8+ years of media strategy experience, bridging the gap between traditional brand building and high-performance digital precision.
  • Experience in developing media strategies for the retail or CPG category
  • Understanding of the media ecosystem including traditional and digital media
  • Expertise in using key media planning and research tools (Vividata, Infosys, Radius, COMMB, etc.)
  • Analytical Rigour: Proficiency in the Microsoft and Google suite of tools and a comfort level with data management platforms.
  • AI-forward mindset: Demonstrates a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and actively uses AI tools to optimize daily workflows and drive efficiency.
