- Provide guidance on the disease, medications, signs and symptoms, and quality of life;

- Work in partnership with physicians to provide updates on the program and patient status;
- Identify and report pharmacovigilance incidents and technical complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
- Experience in clinical settings;
- Experience with patient support programs;
- Basic knowledge of medication access pathways;
- Experience monitoring patients with rare or chronic diseases is a plus;
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance is a plus.
