About the role

Responsibilities
- You are the primary contact for our clients in the confectionery sector (including savory snacks) — from analysis through to strategy
- You manage existing client accounts, identify opportunities and develop new partnerships
- You derive evidence-based recommendations from panel data — for marketing, sales, category management and shopper activation
- You distill insights clearly and concisely — remotely or on-site, in German or English
- You prepare proposals, conduct contract negotiations and actively bring our innovative solutions to market
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics, business or social sciences — ideally with a focus on market research, marketing or sales
- Several years of professional experience in consulting, market research, category management or sales
- An analytical mindset and a strong sense for customer needs
- Sales drive, strong communication skills and confident presentation abilities
- Very good German and English language skills
- Confident use of MS Office — experience with AnalyzeIT & SimIT is a plus
