About the role

• Einkauf Gebrauchtwagen Specialist für Volkswagen/AUDI im Bereich Bestandsmanagement bei der Hülpert Gruppe. Verantwortlich für den Fahrzeugdatenpflege, Einkauf und Bestandsmanagement.

Responsibilities

• Valuation of trade-ins: You are responsible for determining fair, market-based prices for vehicles offered as part-exchange.
• Vehicle data maintenance: You are responsible for the careful maintenance and updating of vehicle data in our system to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control.
• Inventory management: Your expertise in inventory management enables you to optimally organize and manage our vehicle stock.
• Vehicle procurement: You are responsible for purchasing company service vehicles, annual vehicles, as well as re-/imports, and for acquiring used cars.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) as the foundation of your qualifications.
• Experience in sales consulting is desirable but not required.
• Initial professional experience in the automotive trade is expected.
• Commitment, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
• Professional demeanor and a friendly manner with customers and colleagues.
• Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills that allow you to grasp complex situations quickly and handle them efficiently.
