About the role

• Manage purchasing and inventory functions for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles while ensuring optimal pricing and data management. Engage in vehicle acquisition and collaborate within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Determining trade-in values: You take on the responsible task of establishing fair, market-based prices for vehicles accepted as trade-ins.
• Vehicle data maintenance: You are responsible for carefully maintaining and updating vehicle data in our system to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
• Inventory management: Your expertise in inventory management enables you to organize and oversee our vehicle stock optimally.
• Vehicle procurement: You are responsible for purchasing company service vehicles, one-year/annual cars, as well as re- and imported vehicles.

Requirements

• A completed commercial vocational qualification (e.g., apprenticeship) forms the basis of your qualifications.
• Experience in sales consulting is desirable but not mandatory.
• Initial professional experience in the automotive trade is required.
• Commitment, strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Friendly manners and confident interaction with customers and colleagues are second nature to you.
• Analytical and principled: Your quick comprehension and strong analytical skills enable you to grasp complex situations quickly and handle them efficiently.
