About the role

  • Account Executive role at 30MPC, selling alongside the founding team to scale the business. Focused on building pipeline and managing the full sales cycle with tech clients.

Responsibilities

  • selling directly alongside me (Nick) and Armand on our founding team of AEs as we scale this business line
  • maniacal about building pipeline
  • pick up the phone every day while our competition hides behind email
  • own your full sales cycle end-to-end (closing role) and learn to sell the 30MPC way

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally in tech
  • run outcome-oriented discovery calls and know selling is more than just fluffy rapport building
  • hold your ground with a tough VP and don’t get rattled when they ask for an 80% discount
  • have a strong 'figure it out' muscle and are comfortable operating amidst change and ambiguity
