About the role

  • Private Client Account Manager role at HUB overseeing client accounts and providing exceptional service. Supporting a diverse team and managing complex client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the achievement of client retention goals
  • Effectively and consistently providing exceptional client service
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, respect, and teamwork
  • Focusing on continuous improvement
  • Supporting small to moderate sized clients and larger clients with complex needs
  • Day-to-day management of an assigned book of business
  • Functioning as a mentor to Associate Account Manager(s)
  • Supporting Account Executives with operational support

Requirements

  • Level 2 Insurance license
  • Completion of CAIB or CIP designation is required
  • Completion of an advanced insurance designation such as CPIB/CCIP/FCIP/CRM considered an asset
  • 7+ years of commercial property & casualty experience is required
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team
  • Proactive and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
