Responsibilities

  • Facilitates growth for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships
  • Structures deals and secures credit approvals
  • Provides support for sales activities such as presentations, bids/proposals, and requests for information
  • Coordinates cash management product implementations
  • Participates in industry forums and conferences
  • Works with internal teams to structure tailored financial products and solutions
  • Collects and analyzes client data and market trends
  • Analyzes internal sales reports and recommends improvements
  • Identifies areas for process improvement and manages initiatives to enhance the overall client experience
  • Builds and maintains strong long-term relationships with high-value clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate banking environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Product Knowledge, Regulatory Compliance, Structuring Deals, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Project Management, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Customer Relationship Building
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Financial Analysis
