Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management in daily operations
  • Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and internal workflows
  • General office organization including document and filing maintenance
  • Scan, record and systematically file receipts and documents
  • Prepare and verify incoming and outgoing invoices

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in office, assistant or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable and independent working style
  • Proficient user of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Discretion, strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team
