Responsibilities
Drive global payroll service excellence and operational efficiency across HR Shared Services
Ensure compliant, accurate, and scalable payroll delivery
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and employee experience
Serve as the global payroll subject matter expert and process transformation leader
Own and govern global payroll service delivery across multiple countries
Manage relationships with global payroll vendors and in-country service providers
Lead process excellence initiatives across Employee Lifecycle Services
Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and optimization
Implement continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in HR Operations or Payroll
At least 5+ years managing global payroll
Strong expertise in global payroll operations
Deep understanding of statutory compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws across geographies
Experience with global payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, EY, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.)
Strong process excellence mindset with exposure to automation, RPA, and digital HR solutions
Advanced Excel skills; experience with dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications such as CPP, FPC, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Lean, PMP , or equivalent are an advantage.
