About the role

  • Assistant RH au sein de l’organisation multisites du Ciamt. Assurant la gestion administrative et le suivi des éléments de paie à Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee administrative tasks: drafting employment contracts and amendments, and completing DPAE (pre-employment declarations)
  • Organize and monitor occupational medical examinations
  • Monitor and process transport reimbursements
  • Manage complementary health insurance (mutuelle) and employee welfare (prévoyance) files; monitor statutory sickness benefits (IJSS) with the CPAM
  • Prepare HR reporting for the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager

Requirements

  • Hold a Bac+2/3 (equivalent to a two- or three-year post-secondary qualification)
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a Master 1/Master 2 in Human Resources/Payroll
  • Prior professional experience would be an advantage
