About the role

  • Payroll Manager handling various payroll tasks for diverse clients at Exco Valliance. Working in a supportive team environment with strong expertise in social issues.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll and generate payslips
  • Execute social declarations (DSN)
  • Manage employee onboarding and exits (DPAE, employment contracts, final settlements, etc.)
  • Advise clients
  • Support clients in using their payroll software (Silae)
  • Provide technical payroll support to teams and clients
  • Participate in payroll configuration and social updates
  • Work on social and HR advisory assignments (social audits, payroll cost analysis, ...) and monitor social legislation/regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Specialized training in payroll (professional diploma, Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in a firm or in a multi–collective‑agreement environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Silae software
  • Organized, meticulous and adaptable
  • Client service orientation and team spirit
