Responsibilities
drive revenue growth and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets across core industries;
identify, qualify, and secure new business via strategic outreach and relationship-building;
develop and execute sales plans targeting both established and emerging players in iGaming, fintech, and payments;
engage leads through cold/warm outreach: email, phone, video, and in-person meetings;
negotiate complex deals and build long-term client relationships through upselling and account expansion;
manage a structured sales pipeline with clear visibility on stages, forecasts, and KPIs;
partner with product, compliance/AML, and marketing teams to tailor value propositions by sector;
ensure smooth handovers to internal teams for onboarding and customer success.
Requirements
3+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services. Experience in iGaming is a strong plus;
proven success in managing and growing accounts across high-value digital verticals;
deep understanding of online payments, transaction flows, and regulatory frameworks;
proficiency with digital sales tools (e.g., Hunter.io, MixMax, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems) is a strong plus;
skilled in business case development, pipeline forecasting;
fluent in English (additional languages are a plus);
strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder;
self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to open new markets.
